Paul Bommer’s Twitter Ye Not

As the artist (Paul Bommer) describes it, Twitter Ye Not is:
A regular piece for the Daily Mail Weekend magazine about how figures in history might have twittered or tweeted or whatever, had they the chance, inclination and technology.

Not only are these illustrations just, well, awesome, but they’re also incredibly well-researched, and described both via Bommer’s flickr feed, as well as his blog.

My personal ‘Fan Favorites’ include: Henry VIII tweeting Anne Boleyn, Nixon‘s Resignation, and Sir Edmunt Hillary and his sherpa Tenzig Norgay atop Mount Everest:
