Surf Dog Surf-A-Thon

For all you lucky ducky west-coast pooches (and, on behalf of the batpig, those of you who aren’t terrified of getting your paws wet) check out this Surf-A-Thon on September 25, 2011. And, for you west-coasters somehow surviving without a four-legged friend, there’ll be adoptable fuzzy pals from the animal shelter at the event waiting to find forever homes!

Surf Dog Surf-A-Thon

Tagg—The Pet Tracker is pleased to sponsor the Helen Woodward Animal Center’s Surf Dog Surf-A-Thon. Surf Dog Surf-A-Thon is a fun event that raises funds for orphaned animals at the Helen Woodward Animal Center. Owners and their pets will participate in 20 minute heats based on the dog’s weight class. They will be judged on their ability to ride the waves, have fun, and stay on their boards. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for each weight class, and the first place winner will move on to the finals.

This event helps raise awareness and money for orphaned pets while promoting responsible pet ownership. Interactive sponsor tents will be on sight for pet owners and their families, providing lots of fun activities for everyone. Helen Woodward Animal Center will be on site with adoptable dogs and trained professionals to answer any type of animal related question. Come join the fun, and visit us at the Tagg—The Pet Tracker booth to receive a free gift.
